No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
We regret to inform you that we do not handle flight/train bookings and cannot be held responsible for any issues related to such arrangements
BlissScapes shall not be held liable for any circumstances occurring before or during the tour, including but not limited to:

Rioting, violence, or threat of violence in the area.
Acts of God such as heat waves, heavy rain, floods, landslides, earthquakes, or extreme weather.
Delay or cancellation of flights, ferries, trains, buses, etc.
Medical issues, sickness, physical inability to follow the itinerary, or similar matters. Such situations will not affect or delay the rest of the group's tour.
Lost luggage, loss of personal belongings, or theft. Any additional costs incurred due to these circumstances are the responsibility of the participant.

All sightseeing as per itinerary
Visits to Museums/Parks in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
To make any adjustments to the itinerary before or during travel, full payment for the changes must be completed.
Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
